Bond/Exit Cleans
Not many people like to do their own bond cleans, when you find a new place to live you just want to pack up and get back to living! Not deal with that 12 month build up of bathroom grime or that stubborn baked on oven mess. We are used to these chores that are not favourable; we ensure 100% satisfaction on all bond clean requirements and are real estate approved. If you ever find something not to your satisfaction from our work at your property we will always come back to fix anything out of place.

Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control
Kings services offer carpet cleaning for those odours and stains a vacuum just won’t remove. We give a long lasting effective clean that will perform highly on your soiled surfaces; whether that may be a pet odour on your carpet or a dirty mark present. We realise in a lot of new homes we are seeing cream coloured carpets which are quite easily marked and soiled. To be able to maintain the new appearance and life longevity of your carpets we would always suggest a carpet clean every 6 months to remove any build up. For more neutral coloured carpets a 12 month carpet clean will ensure a good appearance at the end of the day. We don’t just clean carpets we also take care of lounge suits, which we recommend cleaning every 12 months to maintain a fresh clean feel. We also recommend pest control every 12 months to keep under control unwanted pests.
